KIDS STORY: God Helps Us Make the Right Choice
Monday Dec 09, 2024
Monday Dec 09, 2024
Todays story is called!
"God Helps Us Make the Right Choice!"
Bible Passage!:
1 Corinthians 10:13. Sammy the squirrel lived in a big, beautiful forest. He loved climbing trees, gathering nuts, and playing with his friends. But Sammy had one problem—he loved shiny things. One day, while collecting acorns, Sammy found a shiny silver coin near the edge of Farmer Tom’s garden.
"Wow! This is so pretty!" Sammy thought.
Then he noticed something else—there was a whole pile of shiny coins inside Farmer Tom’s shed. But Sammy also saw a sign on the door that said, *“Do not enter.” Sammy felt tempted. "Just one look won’t hurt," he said to himself. But deep down, he knew it wasn’t the right thing to do. Sammy sat on a branch and thought hard. Then Sammy remembered something his grandma had told him:
“Whenever you’re tempted to do something wrong, ask God for help.
He’ll always show you the right path.”
So Sammy closed his eyes and prayed, "Dear God, I really want to go into the shed, but I know it’s not right. Please help me make the right choice."
Just then, Sammy heard the cheerful chirp of his best friend, Bella Bluebird. “Sammy! Let’s go play tag!” she called. Sammy smiled. He jumped down and ran to play with Bella, forgetting all about the coins.
So, what can we learn for this story?
Well, Sammy learned that when we’re tempted to do something wrong, God is always there to help us. He gives us the strength to say no and provides another way for us to stay on the right path.
So, how can we apply this in our life?
(1). "Pray for Help!:"
When you feel tempted, stop and pray. God is always listening and ready to help. (2). "Think About What’s Right!:"
Remember what the Bible teaches and think about the consequences of your choices. (3). "Look for God’s Way Out!:"
God always provides a way to avoid temptation, whether it’s a distraction or a reminder of what’s right. (4). "Ask for Support!:"
Talk to a trusted adult, teacher, or friend if you’re struggling with a hard choice. Let us pray!
Dear God,
Thank You for always being with me and helping me when I’m tempted.
Please remind me to pray and trust You when I face difficult choices.
Help me to choose what is right and follow Your way.
I know You will give me the strength I need.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Thank you for listening.
May God bless you!

"LIVING FOR JESUS, A LIFE THAT IS TRUE!"
Our devotional Scripture reading for today is taken from Psalms 92:1-3!
“It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound. ”

KIDS STORY: The Night of Miracles - A Child's Tale from the Manger
Monday Nov 25, 2024
Monday Nov 25, 2024
Today's story is called:
"The Night of Miracles - A Child's Tale from the Manger"
Bible Passage:
Luke Chapter 2 verses 1 to 20.
My name is Miriam, and I am eight years old. My family lives in Bethlehem, and we own a small stable where travelers can rest their animals. Tonight, something extraordinary happened—something that will be told for generations to come. Let me share with you the story of that night, the night of miracles.
It was a chilly evening, and the stars sparkled like diamonds in the dark sky. I was helping my father, Benjamin, clean the stable when we heard the gentle clip-clop of a donkey's hooves. A tired-looking man and a young woman, who was very pregnant, approached. The man, Joseph, asked if we had any room in the inn. My father shook his head sadly; all the rooms were full because of the census. Seeing their weary faces, he offered them the stable to rest in.
"Thank you," said Joseph with gratitude. "God bless you."
As they settled in, I couldn't help but notice how kind and calm the young woman, Mary, was despite her condition. She had a glow about her, a serene beauty that made me feel warm inside. My mother, Leah, brought them some blankets and food. She told me to help Mary get comfortable while she talked with Joseph.
"What's your name?" Mary asked me as I handed her a blanket.
"Miriam," I replied, feeling a little shy.
"That's a beautiful name," she said with a smile. "Do you know what my baby's name will be?"
I shook my head.
"His name will be Jesus," she said softly. "He will be the Savior of the world."
I didn't fully understand what she meant, but I knew it was something very special. Later that night, as I lay in bed, I couldn't stop thinking about Mary and her unborn baby. I felt a strange excitement and a sense of peace that I couldn't explain.
In the middle of the night, I was awakened by a soft cry. I quickly ran to the stable to see what was happening. There, in the dim light of the lanterns, I saw Joseph holding a newborn baby wrapped in swaddling clothes. Mary looked tired but happy, her face glowing with joy as she gazed at her son.
"Come, Miriam," Joseph beckoned me. "Meet Jesus."
As I approached, I felt an overwhelming sense of awe. I looked into the baby's eyes, and they seemed to twinkle like the stars outside. He was the most beautiful baby I had ever seen. I knelt beside Mary and gently touched the baby's tiny hand.
"Welcome, Jesus," I whispered.
Just then, we heard voices outside the stable. Shepherds, who had been tending their flocks nearby, rushed in with excited expressions. They told us that angels had appeared to them, proclaiming the birth of the Savior and directing them to our stable.
"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men!" they exclaimed.
The shepherds knelt before the baby, their faces filled with wonder and reverence. I couldn't believe what I was seeing—a heavenly miracle right in our humble stable.
As the night went on, more visitors came to see the baby Jesus. Wise men from the East brought precious gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. They bowed down and worshiped Him, recognizing Him as the King of Kings.
So, what can we learn from this story?
That night changed my life forever. I witnessed the birth of Jesus, the Savior of the world, in the most humble of settings. It taught me that God often works in unexpected ways and that great things can come from the simplest beginnings.
So, how can we apply this in our life?
From Miriam's perspective, we learn the importance of humility and openness to God's miracles. No matter how ordinary our circumstances may seem, God can use us and our surroundings to fulfill His divine purposes. Just like the stable in Bethlehem, our hearts can become the birthplace of miracles when we welcome Jesus into our lives.
Let us Pray!
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the miraculous birth of Jesus, our Savior. Help us to keep our hearts open to Your presence, just as Miriam did. Teach us to recognize and cherish the humble beginnings of Your mighty works. May we always remember that Your love and power can transform even the simplest places and moments into something extraordinary. Fill us with the peace and joy that Jesus brought to the world on that holy night.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Thank you for listening.
May God bless you!

KIDS STORY: Simeon's Special Day at the Temple
Sunday Nov 24, 2024
Sunday Nov 24, 2024
Todays story is called:
"Simeon's Special Day at the Temple".
Bible passage:
Luke Chapter 2 Verses 25 to 35.
My name is Simeon, and I want to tell you about a very special day in my life. It happened a long time ago in a place called Jerusalem, at the Temple where I loved to go and pray.
You see, God had promised me that I would not die until I had seen the Messiah, the Savior, who would bring joy and salvation to all people. Every day, I prayed and watched, hoping to see this wonderful child.
One day, the Holy Spirit told me to go to the Temple. I felt so excited! I didn't know why, but I knew something amazing was about to happen. As I walked into the Temple, I saw a young couple with a baby. The couple was Mary and Joseph, and they were there to dedicate their baby to God, just like the law in Exodus 13:2 says.
When I saw the baby, my heart leaped with joy. The Holy Spirit whispered to me, "This is the One, Simeon! This is the Messiah!" I went up to Mary and Joseph, and they allowed me to hold the baby. I looked into His eyes and felt a deep peace and happiness.
With tears of joy, I praised God and said, "Lord, now You are letting Your servant depart in peace, according to Your word; for my eyes have seen Your salvation, which You have prepared before the face of all peoples, a light to bring revelation to the Gentiles, and the glory of Your people Israel."
Mary and Joseph were amazed at what I said. I blessed them and told Mary, "This child is destined for the fall and rising of many in Israel, and for a sign which will be spoken against. And a sword will pierce through your own soul also, that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed."
That day, I knew that God's promise had been fulfilled. I had seen the Savior, and my heart was filled with peace and joy.
So, what have we learned today?
Simeon's story reminds us that God always keeps His promises. Simeon waited patiently and trusted God, and his faith was rewarded when he saw Jesus, the Savior. Just like Simeon, we can trust that God will fulfill His promises to us.
So, how can we apply what we learned into our life?
(1). "Trust in God!:
Just as Simeon trusted God’s promise, we can trust that God will take care of us and keep His promises. (2). "Patience!:
Simeon waited a long time to see Jesus. We learn that being patient and waiting for God's timing is important. (3). "Joy in Jesus!:
Simeon found great joy in seeing Jesus. We can also find joy in knowing Jesus and following Him.
Let us pray!
Dear God,
Thank You for keeping Your promises and sending Jesus to be our Savior. Help us to trust You and be patient like Simeon. Fill our hearts with joy and peace as we follow Jesus. Thank You for loving us so much.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Thank you forlistening.
May God bless you!

KIDS STORY: Moses and the Rock That Gave Water
Saturday Nov 23, 2024
Saturday Nov 23, 2024
Todays story is called:
"Moses and the Rock That Gave Water".
Bible Passage:
Exodus 17:1-7.
I am Moses, and I have another story to share with you. This one happened when the Israelites were wandering in the desert, and they were really thirsty. God had done so many amazing things for us, but sometimes, the people still didn’t trust Him. One day, God told me to do something that seemed strange—to tap a rock with my staff so that water would come out. You might think, “How can water come from a rock?” Well, let me tell you what happened.
After we had left Egypt, the journey through the desert was long and hard. It was hot, dry, and the sun blazed down on us every day. We didn’t have much food or water, and we were always moving from one place to another. But even though God had provided for us in the past, the people began to grumble. They were thirsty, and they were upset.
“Why did you bring us out of Egypt just to die of thirst?” they complained.
“Why did you bring us here, Moses?”
I could feel their frustration. It hurt to hear them complain. We had already seen so many miracles—God had parted the Red Sea, given us manna from heaven to eat, and led us with a cloud by day and fire by night. But still, they doubted.
I went to God, and I prayed. “Lord, what should I do? The people are thirsty, and they are angry. How can we find water in this desert?” God answered me, saying, “Go to the rock in front of the people. Take your staff, the one with which you struck the Nile, and speak to the rock. Water will come out of it for the people to drink.”
I was amazed.
A rock?
Water would come out of a rock?
But I knew that God could do anything, and if He said it would happen, it would.
I took my staff, and I called the people together.
“Listen, you defiant people!” I said.
“You’ve been complaining, but today you will see that God will provide for you.”
I struck the rock once with my staff, but nothing happened. I felt a little nervous. I thought, “God said to speak to the rock, not strike it.” Then, I remembered His words and realized my mistake. I was supposed to speak to the rock, not hit it like I did before when God made water come from the rock.
I raised my staff again, this time carefully following what God had told me. And when I spoke to the rock, something amazing happened—water began to flow from the rock! It wasn’t just a little bit, but a big stream of water, enough for everyone to drink—millions of people and all their animals.
So, what have we learned from todays story?
Looking back, I realized that this moment taught me something important. Even though I was frustrated and tired, I needed to listen carefully to what God said. The first time, I did things my way, not God’s way, and it didn’t work. But when I trusted God’s instructions and followed them exactly, His power was shown, and the people were provided for.
I also learned that when God tells us to do something, even if it seems strange or impossible, we can trust Him. After all, He is the God who can make water come from a rock!
So, how can we apply what we've learned to our life?
(1). Listen to God!:
Sometimes, we think we know the best way to do things, but God’s way is always the best. When we listen to Him, great things can happen.
(2). Trust God’s Power!:
God can do anything, even the impossible. If He tells us He will do something, we can trust Him to make it happen.
(3). Obey God’s Instructions!:
When we obey God’s instructions, we can see His miracles. He has a plan for us, and if we follow it, He will take care of us.
That was my story—the day I tapped the rock and saw God provide water for the Israelites. I hope you remember that God is always ready to help us, just like He helped the Israelites in the desert!
Let us pray.
Dear God, thank You for always providing for us. Help us to listen to You and trust You, even when things seem impossible. Thank You for showing us Your power and love every day. Please help us to obey You and follow Your plan for our lives. In Jesus'name we pray. Amen.
Thank you for listening.
May God bless you!

DEVOTIONAL: The Judgment of the Saved Souls
Monday Nov 18, 2024
Monday Nov 18, 2024
Todays story is called:
"The Judgment of the Saved Souls"
In the celestial realms, beyond the stars and the galaxies, lies the magnificent throne of God, where the saved souls gather for their final judgment. These souls, redeemed by the blood of Christ, stand in awe before the Almighty, whose presence radiates with unapproachable light.
The Book of Life, held by an angel of great stature, is opened. This book contains the names of all who have received salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. As the angel reads each name, the atmosphere is filled with a sense of holy reverence.
One by one, the saved souls approach the throne. They are greeted by Jesus, the Lamb who was slain, now risen and glorified. Each soul's life is reviewed, not with condemnation, but with a loving and righteous examination. Their deeds, words, and thoughts are laid bare, not to determine their salvation, but to reward them for their faithfulness and works done in Christ’s name.
The first soul, a humble servant, is called forward. Her life was marked by quiet acts of kindness, prayer, and unwavering faith even in the face of great personal trials. Jesus smiles warmly at her, and the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant," echo through the heavens. She is given a crown of righteousness, which she humbly lays at Jesus' feet, acknowledging that all glory belongs to Him.
Next, a man who was once a prodigal son approaches. His past is filled with rebellion and sin, but his story is one of incredible redemption. He fell to his knees, weeping as he remembered the grace that saved him. Jesus lifts him up, reminding him that his sins are forgiven and forgotten, and rewards him for the fruits of his repentance and the lives he touched with his testimony.
The judgment continues, revealing the beautiful diversity of the Body of Christ—martyrs, missionaries, parents, and children—all united by their faith in the Savior. Each soul receives a unique reward, reflective of their earthly lives and service to God. There is no envy or pride, only a deep sense of gratitude and worship.
In this place, every tier is wiped away, and the saved souls rejoice in their eternal inheritance. They are welcomed into the fullness of God's kingdom, where they will reign with Christ forever. The harmony and joy are indescribable, as the saved souls join in unending praise, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.”
So, what have we learned from todays story?
Well, the Judgment of the Saved Souls is not one of fear, but of hope and fulfillment. It is a time when the faithfulness of believers is acknowledged and rewarded. Their salvation is secure through Christ, and their works, though not the basis of their salvation, are recognized in love.
So, how can we apply this to our lives?
As believers, we are encouraged to live our lives with the eternal perspective in mind. Our faith in Jesus Christ secures our place in eternity, but our daily choices and actions also matter. We are called to live out our faith through love, service, and obedience to God’s Word, knowing that we will one day stand before Him to give an account. Let this truth inspire us to live holy and purposeful lives, reflecting Christ in all we do.
Let us pray.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, grateful for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank You for the assurance that we are saved by grace through faith, and that our names are written in the Book of Life. Help us to live each day with the awareness of eternity, seeking to honor You in our thoughts, words, and actions. May we be faithful servants, eagerly anticipating the day when we will stand before Your throne. Strengthen us to do good works that glorify Your name, and keep us steadfast in our faith. We look forward to the day when we will hear You say, "Well done, good and faithful servant." Until then, guide us by Your Spirit and fill us with Your love.
In Jesus' name, we pray.
Amen.
Thank you for listening.
May God bless you!

KIDS STORY: The Brave Little Fish and the Great Journey
Saturday Nov 09, 2024
Saturday Nov 09, 2024
Todays story is called:,
"The Brave Little Fish and the Great Journey".
Scripture reference:,
"Isaiah Chapter 43 verse 2",
Once upon a time, in a bright and colorful coral reef, there lived a little fish named Finny. Finny was smaller than most of the other fish in the reef, but he had a big heart and a lot of courage. He loved exploring the reef and making new friends. One day, Finny heard about a great river that flowed into the ocean. The river was said to be full of wonders and new adventures. Finny's eyes sparkled with excitement, and he decided he wanted to see this river for himself.
But there was a problem. To reach the river, Finny would have to swim through the open ocean, which was filled with big fish, strong currents, and other dangers. Finny felt a little scared, but he remembered a special verse from his favorite book, the Bible. The verse was Isaiah 43:2, which says, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you."
Encouraged by this promise, Finny took a deep breath and started his journey. As he swam away from the safety of the coral reef, the ocean seemed vast and a little scary. The waves were big, and sometimes Finny felt very small. But every time he started to feel afraid, he remembered the words of Isaiah 43:2 and felt a comforting presence beside him, like a warm, invisible friend.
On his journey, Finny met many different sea creatures. Some were friendly, like the playful dolphins who showed him fun tricks and made him laugh. Others were not so friendly, like a grumpy old shark who tried to scare him. But Finny kept swimming, always remembering that God was with him, just like the Bible verse said.
After what seemed like a long time, Finny finally reached the mouth of the great river. The water was fresh and cool, and the river was full of amazing sights. He saw tall trees leaning over the water, colorful birds flying overhead, and fish he'd never seen before. Finny felt so happy and proud of himself for being brave and trusting God.
Finny's adventure taught him that even when things seem scary or difficult, he could be brave because God was always with him. He also learned that trusting God could lead to wonderful new experiences and friends.
So what have we learned from todays story?
(1). "Courage in Difficult Situations":
Just like Finny, you might face things that seem scary or hard. Remembering that God is with you can help you be brave.
(2). "Trusting God's Promises":
Isaiah Chapter 43 verse 2 reminds us that God will protect us. Trusting His promises can give us the strength to face our fears.
(3). "Kindness and Friendship":
Along your journey, you will meet many different people. Being kind and making friends can make your journey more enjoyable and less scary.
(4). "Exploring New Things":
Don’t be afraid to try new things and explore new places. There are always new adventures waiting for you if you trust in God and step out with courage.
So, next time you feel afraid or unsure, remember the story of the brave little fish and the great journey. Know that God is always with you, just like He was with Finny, and He will guide you through any challenge you face.
Thank you for listening.
May God bless you!
